    Origins

Hello, I’m Maria Vamvalis. Anayennisi grew out of lived inquiry, my doctoral research in holistic climate justice education, and collective wisdom. It is grounded in more than two decades of work in teaching, curriculum design, facilitation, and international collaboration. I advance regenerative action and practices by rooting learning in connection, compassion, and responsibility.

    Wisdom

Anayennisi supports a mycelial network of individuals, collectives, and organizations orienting toward regenerative pathways in times of great reckoning. To tend to this field, I share insights, resources and stories through the Collective Weaving newsletter.

    Is this for you?

Anayennisi is a space where the longing for a different world is met with resolve. Here, individuals, communities, and institutions alike are invited into deeper sensemaking and shared action. Let this be a space where we are not too much, too late, or alone.

    Let's connect.

If you want to explore working together, I invite you to request a conversation by phone or online.

I acknowledge the traditional territories of the Michi Saagiig Anishinaabeg, covered by the Williams Treaties, and affirm the enduring sovereignty of Indigenous peoples.

With gratitude and respect, I commit to responsible relationships of reciprocity as part of regenerating more just and life-affirming futures on these Lands and beyond. Honouring treaties is foundational for enacting climate justice.
